About

ZAI Nights and ZAI Las Vegas are two branches of the same venue located in Las Vegas. ZAI Nights is a prominent nightclub and venue, while ZAI Las Vegas is an up-scale latin fusion restaurant.

ZAI Nights was previously known as 700 Freemont. ZAI Las Vegas opened in March 2023, when ZAI Nights was still known as 700 Freemont.

700 Freemont and ZAI Las Vegas faced a lack of brand alignment. ZAI Las Vegas, as a new restaurant, was also intensely focused on the growth and success of their business. ZAI Nights and ZAI Las Vegas sought to increase revenue growth and enhance social media engagement to build a loyal community with locals in Las Vegas.

Rebranding & Launch Plan

Arkana's team led the comprehensive rebranding efforts and relaunch efforts, successfully transitioning 700 Freemont into ZAI Nights. This involved crafting a new visual identity, including logos, color schemes, branding materials, and content that conveyed the essence of the venue.

Within six months of implementing the marketing strategies, ZAI Nights experienced a 13.7% increase in social media followers. The growth was even more pronounced for ZAI Las Vegas, the newly opened restaurant, which saw a 30.8% increase in its social media following.

In September, just seven months after the grand opening of ZAI Las Vegas, Yelp placed the restaurant in the top 10 of their "Best New Latinx Restaurants of 2023." This recognition highlighted the success of Arkana's strategies in building a positive online reputation for ZAI Las Vegas.
